Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided production of your order has not yet commenced.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us (Simply Shine, hmtprp-n4.myshopify.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the withdrawal form available on our website, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired and before production of your item has begun.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract (where the right of withdrawal applies), we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Returning the Goods
Where a return is accepted, you shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions — Made-to-Order Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Simply Shine orders once production has started.
All of our t-shirts, hoodies and bags are printed and produced individually on demand specifically for you. Under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods that are made to a consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
Because each item enters production shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has commenced, except in the following circumstances:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The item received is materially different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong size, wrong design)
- The item is lost in transit
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
This withdrawal policy is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
