Returns & Exchanges
We make each piece just for you
Every "Word Art" tee is printed to order — nothing sits on a shelf waiting for the right person to find it. That's better for the planet, and it means your tee is made specifically for your order. It also means we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, or if you order the wrong size. Please note: Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications — your order qualifies as such.
That's why we ask you to double-check the size chart before you order. Take a few extra seconds here — it makes all the difference.
If something's gone wrong with your order
Mistakes happen, and if one happens on our end, we'll make it right. You're covered if:
- Your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a print error
- You received the wrong design, size, or colour from what you ordered
- Your item is significantly different from how it was described on our site
If any of the above applies, get in touch at hello@simplyshine.eu within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll sort a replacement or refund for you.
A quick note on sizing
Because these are made to order, we can't accept exchanges for sizing issues — so please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, our team is always happy to help you choose before you buy — just contact us first.
Your rights
This policy works alongside your standard consumer rights in Ireland and the EU — it doesn't replace or limit them. If your order is faulty or not as described, this is separate from our change-of-mind exclusion above, and you remain fully protected under Irish and EU consumer law.
